ENTRY POLICY
Entry searches and the right to search whilst inside the venue or smoking area are a condition of entry to Suki10c. The entry search is mandatory; the others will be at the discretion of venue management.
Suki10c operates a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police. Anyone found to be asking for drugs or offering drugs will also be banned for life.
Anyone found in possession of a weapon will be banned from the venue, and the police will be called.
Only people aged 18 and over will be admitted to Suki10c. All customers are required to present their ID on entry.
We only accept a valid passport, foreign national ID card, driving licence or a Home Office-approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age. We only accept originals; we do not accept photocopies.
The last entry time varies by event; please check your ticket, social media, or contact the event organiser directly to verify the entry cut-off time if you are unsure.
Management and security staff reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry at any time.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Be kind, be nice, be respectful. Love one another and treat others as you would like to be treated. We operate a zero-tolerance policy to harassment of any kind; anyone who does not follow this policy will be asked to leave. If someone makes you feel uncomfortable in any way, please make the venue staff/security aware so that we can offer support.
Consent is mandatory at all times. Do not touch anyone without their explicit and enthusiastic consent. This includes clothes, hair, and any belongings. We understand that it’s a party and the dancefloor can get busy, but do not push or deliberately touch anyone without clear consent. Always ask first and remember that no always means no.
We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when leaving the venue.
DRESS CODE
Suki10c does not operate a dress code; however, individual promoters will occasionally implement one at their events. If in doubt, please check with the promoter of the event you wish to attend.
LOST PROPERTY
If you believe you have lost something at the venue, please contact us as soon as possible with a clear description of the item and as much information about the event, time and possible location of the item as you can provide. We hold lost property for two weeks.
